WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR CLASS FORMATION

In the formation of the classes, the criteria shared at the level of the Institute are followed.


1. Homogeneity of the classes between them so that they are balanced both numerically and in the levels of maturation and preparation reached by the students;


2. Heterogeneity within them by composition (males and females, school of origin, level of competence, judgment of behavior, …).


In the formation of classes, the indications provided by primary school teachers are also taken into account.


You can indicate a partner you want to be with.


Twins are placed in distinct classes, unless otherwise indicated by families.


HOW INFORMATION IS PASSED FROM PRIMARY TO SECONDARY SCHOOLS

In June, meetings are held between the teachers of the fifth primary classes and the teachers of the training commission for the first grade secondary school classes. During these meetings, the teachers report the most relevant information about their classes and
individual students.

On the basis of these indications and the other criteria mentioned in point 1, the new classes are then formed.


WHEN IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHOOSE WHETHER OR NOT TO AVAIL ONESELF OF THE TEACHING OF THE CATHOLIC RELIGION

The choice was made at the time of registration.


For those who do not make use of the teaching of the Catholic Religion, the options will include:


1. optical and training activities with the assistance of teaching staff;


2. nonattendance of school in the teaching hour of the Catholic Religion (only if the lesson will be placed in 1st hour or in 6th hour).


WHEN THE SECTION IN WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN INSERTED WILL BE COMMUNICATED

The sections are communicated inthe first days of July.


WHAT IS THE SCHOOL TIMETABLE

Monday to Friday, from 7.50 am to 1.38 pm; each morning it is divided into six 58minute hourly modules with a 10minute interval.


WHEN WILL THE TIMETABLE OF THE INDIVIDUAL INSTRUMENT LESSONS BE COMMUNICATED?

In the first days of September there will be specific meetings with the instrument teachers to agree on the times of instrument lessons.


WHEN YOU CAN HAVE THE LIST OF BOOKS

Generally the list of books is published on the site in midJune.


WHAT IS THE NECESSARY SCHOOL SUPPLIES

In secondary school, a list of material is not delivered. In the first days of school, individual teachers may communicate the school material necessary for their lessons.


On the first day of school all students will be giventhe new diary which also contains the forms necessary for the justifications of absences and delays.


HOW THE RECEPTION IS ORGANIZED IN THE FIRST DAYS OF SCHOOL

The Reception Project includes many activities proposed by the various teachers of the class to encourage new students to learn about the school context, reflection on
themselves, motivation to study … The regulations governing the institution and the Regulations containing the Statute of secondary school students (Presidential Decree 24 June 1998, n. 249) are illustrated.

Login credentials to the ARGO registry are sent by email before the start of the school year.


All school/FAMILY communications can be found in the Argo register in the BULLETINBOARD section.


HOW ACCESS TO THE INSTITUTE’S TEACHING PLATFORM WORKS

The institutional platform is Microsoft’s TEAMS. New users will be sent a message fromMICROSOFT inthe first days of school with their login credentials.


The platform is used to share teaching material with the teachers of the class.



For alumni already students of the Institute who come from the primary schools of the IC,the credentials of both Argo and the Teams Platform remain the same
